🏠In this activity, students will dive into estimation and critical thinking as they explore ‘Ulmer Nest’. It’s essential to start with the starter slides, where students will examine photos and use their estimation skills to make educated estimates later on. This sets the stage for the main activity, where they’ll calculate the necessary insulation (surface area) and discuss design factors relevant to their own communities.
