A: Yes, Explorer members can access 1 PDF activity per day for free. Adventurer members receive additional download privileges - they can access and download all editable files, solutions, and supplemental materials. For more details, please refer to Membership.
Q: I paid for the subscription, but I don't see what has changed.
A: After payment, your account is automatically upgraded, giving you unlimited access to all activities and exclusive access to Solutions & Supporting Materials, including editable files and solutions. To access these, click the "Solutions & Supporting Materials" button on any activity page. If you’re still not seeing the new features, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
Q:Can I access old content from before January 2024?
A: Yes, all previous content is still searchable on our site. Use keywords, Common Core standards, grade levels, or genres to find activities from earlier dates. Our search function allows you to enter multiple keywords separated by commas. For example, typing 'food, graph' will search for activities related to food and/or graph.
Q:I had a membership/account prior to January 1st, 2024. What happens to my membership? Do I need to sign up again?
A: When the changeover of ownership occurred, the user data was not transferred in accordance with our privacy policy. As a result, you will need to sign up and create a new account. Prior to January 1st, 2024, the terms and conditions of the website stated that all membership fees were adjusted accordingly and explicitly mentioned that memberships would not be transferred. Therefore, to continue enjoying the benefits of membership, we kindly ask you to sign up again.
Q: How often is new content added to the website?
A: We're currently transitioning ownership. Our goal is to begin adding update and/or publish new activities weekly. Thank you for your patience during this transition period.
Q: Can I share my membership with others?
A: No, memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
Q: How can I sign up multiple members with a single payment (For groups - district, school, department)
A: For group sign-ups - If you're part of a group or organization and would like to sign up multiple members together with a single payment, we've made it easy for you. Each individual can now sign up and create their own account on www.yummymath.com. Once they have created their accounts, you can then email us at sy.yummymath@gmail.com to request a group payment. In the email, please provide the names or usernames of all the members who have signed up and are part of the group. We will then send you the necessary instructions to complete the group payment process. Upon the completion of the payment, the membership status for each individual will be updated accordingly.
