Locked in a smelly bathroom for one hour and then promised a lifetime of Whopper meals in 2018, an Oregon man sued Burger King when the manager withdrew the promise. How much money should he ask for in his suit?

This activity has been updated to have students discuss what a reasonable (showing their own estimates) settlement would have been, using current burger prices.
